- Prepare, update and review financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
- Review Tax reports for submission to IRS in USA and Revenue Department in Thailand.
- Constantly update relevant industry knowledge for accounting, US GAAP, IFRS, TFRS, tax, finance, etc. for firm.
- Provide support to the Accounting Manager in various tasks and projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and MBA is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and ability to direct and supervise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
