Position : Leasing (Catagory - Food)
1. Tenant Sourcing & Leasing Support
a. Identify and approach potential F&B tenants, including restaurants, cafes, and food kiosks.
b. Assist in negotiating lease terms and preparing lease agreements.
c. Support the leasing manager in tenant presentations and meetings: prepare management report and related reports.
2. Market Research & Analysis
a. Conduct research on F&B market trends, competitor malls, and consumer preferences.
b. Identify gaps and opportunities for new food concepts within the malls.
c. Maintain an updated database of potential and existing F&B tenants.
3. Lease Administration & Coordination
a. Assist in processing lease agreements, Ensure all leasing documentation is accurate and up to date.
b. Coordination with other related department to ensure close-deal.
4. Tenant Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for tenants regarding leasing matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or retail F&B sector.
- Sale and leasing skill: knowledge in retail business.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of leasing processes and legal documentation.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
