- ตรวจสอบการเข้าทำงานของ ผรม. ติดตามความคืบหน้า เพื่อให้ร้านค้าเปิดได้ทันกำหนด
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารการวางเงินประกันตกแต่งและกรมธรรม์ประกันภัย รวมทั้งเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องก่อนเข้าตกแต่ง
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมร้านค้าผู้เช่าให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของทางศูนย์การค้า
- ติดตามการเคลมประกันภัยของผู้เช่า เพื่อให้เกิดความพอใจและรวดเร็ว
- ออกจดหมายแจ้งร้านค้าในเรื่องต่างๆ
- Update รายชื่อร้านค้าเข้า – ออก กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องให้รับทราบ
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สายสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ในงานบริหารร้านค้าผู้เช่าอย่างน้อย 2-7 ปี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (ทำงาน 1 เดือน หยุด 6 วัน)
