- รับผิดชอบหน้าที่ติดต่อประสานงานลูกค้า รวมถึงภายในองค์กร และระหว่างองค์กร
- รับข้อร้องเรียน และติดตามผลการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สนับสนุนการขายของพนักงานบริหารงานขาย
- ปริญญาตรีทางวิทยาศาสตร์ สาขาเคมี หรือสาขาชีววิทยา หรือเกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความสามารถใช้ MS office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีไหวพริบและการรับแรงกดดันได้ดี
