Recruitment Officer (Temporary) / เจ้าหน้าที่สรรหาว่าจ้าง (สัญญาจ้าง 3 เดือน)

• Participate in defining candidate qualifications and implementing recruitment plans to support recruitment operations effectively
• Prepares job descriptions, job offers, and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards and business needs to attract potential candidates
• Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager to facilitate the process efficiently and equitably
• Interview, test, rank, check references, and select candidates based on selection criteria and the organization's recruitment policies to fill vacancies with the best candidates and support human resources of the organization
• Make reports to summarize overall recruitment operations to propose to the supervisor
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years’ experience in related field
• Have knowledge in Human Resources Management
• Have interviewing skill and recruitment techniques
• Have communication skills
• Have good personality

Work location: Central SIilom Tower Bd.

Hybrid work: Onsite and work from home
