- Develop and manage comprehensive preventive maintenance plans to ensure all production machinery operates efficiently and reliably. This includes scheduling regular maintenance activities, monitoring equipment performance, and implementing corrective actions to prevent breakdowns.
- Maintain and update all technical documentation, including machine and electrical drawings, ensuring that any modifications are accurately recorded. Ensure that all machinery complies with relevant safety standards and regulations, conducting regular reviews and updates as necessary.
- Monitors KPIs for engineering processes.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in industrial.
- Strong leadership skills with communication skills, able to interact with people internationally.
- Good command in English
- Knowledge ISO9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
