HR Operation
บริษัท อินฟินีออน เทคโนโลยีส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด- Perform routine administrative tasks to ensure HR processes are completed accurately, on time and following established HR processes.
- Support employees on HR People Services related topics and escalate to subject matter.
- Responsible for end-to-end management of internal customers' (managers/employees/HR) inquiries via phone or email in an effective, discrete, professional manner and respecting data privacy constraints.
- Manage physical personnel files, conducting routine audits to ensure completeness of team member files.
- Support all activities related to New Hire On-boarding.
- Responsible for People Services to ensure the delivery of HR transactional and operational services and may be involved in ad-hoc HR related projects/assignments/tasks to ensure continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
- Self driven, with can-do attitude and multi-tasker.
- Familiar with local labor laws.
- Comfortable with meeting people and navigating complex processes in a matrix-organization.
- Meticulous, with eyes for details and enjoys operational work.
- Good command of English.
- Able to travel between Nanthaburi and Samutprakan from time to time
