Employee Relations Specialist

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive working relationship with employees and their representatives.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local law and regulations
- Manage disciplinary proceedings with stakeholders
- Handle grievance and employee compliant process
- Provide practical advice and guidance on how to manage complicated and serious ER issues within an acceptable level of business risk and where necessary
- Coordinate meeting with the Welfare Committee, prepare reports and follow up.
- Support other roles within the HR team as required with other projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Human Resources, Law and others)
- Experience at least 7 years experiences in Human Resources - Employee Relations.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and related laws.
- Good interpersonal characteristics.
- Good communication skills and good attitude.
- Good command of English
