- Monitor and track changes in policies and regulations related to major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.)
- Analyze the impact of policy changes and how they affect the business operations of the organization.
- Collaborate with the marketing, legal, and other departments to ensure social media strategies align with platform-specific guidelines and regulations.
- Develop and implement best practices to ensure compliance with platform policies while using social media.
- Identify and manage risks arising from non-compliance with social media platform policies.
- Prepare and present compliance status reports on social media usage to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
- 2-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or policy management, especially within the context of social media.
- Deep understanding of the policies and regulations of major social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.
- Ability to quickly and accurately track, analyze, and interpret changes in platform policies.
- Strong communication skills in both English.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and manage compliance-relatedprojects.
- Understanding of laws and regulations related to social media usage, digital marketing, and online business operations is a plus.
- Ability to manage pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
