HR Assistant Manager (Based in Chiang Mai)

- Develop implement and maintain HR Policies and initiate HR Strategy according to company’s direction and strategy.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Developing and monitoring all HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR matrix.
- Male or Female
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR functions.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Flexible, tenacious, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work multi-tasking in a fast-pace environment
