- Provide in-sales and post-sales technical support service for our customers in Thailand.
- On-site or remote troubleshooting for customers with quick response and make sure all the issues should be solved in time.
- Have a good sense of cooperation, work together with sales and product team as iron tri-angel team serve for projects.
- Coordinate with the experts in Dahua headquarters to analyze some tricky technical issues until all be solved.
- Training customers on installation, configuration and deployment knowledge for our products and solutions, prepare necessary documents for the training course.
- Involve in project POC actions, potential risk survey for project delivery and highlight the risks to management team.
- Responsible of FAE (Failure Analysis Engineer) role when deal with field quality issues, assist HQ colleagues to do field analysis until root cause be found, follow up the 8D report be confirmed.
- Customer oriented, good service sense.
- Familiar about CCTV, network, Linux operation and maintenance business, etc.
- Strong QA Sense and have FAE capability.
- Strong learning ability, able to work independently, interested in weak current technology.
- Document production ability.
- English can be used as a working language, and it is preferred to have Chinese language ability at the same time.
