- Enabling teams to develop and strengthen skills and abilities. This, in turn, helps the team achieve their objectives, manage challenges in the workplace, establish good governance, and contribute to organizational growth more effectively.
- Study and understand the client’s business processes including their effect on data and reporting, and applies the knowledge gained in designing data and reports.
- Advising management on human resources plans and processes.
- Manage assigned projects effectively, be able to deliver work to customer as targeted both in terms of scope, deadline, and budget, as well as being able to create values that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters.
- Developing HR strategies and company-specific models.
- Recommending solutions and providing advice on HR policies, procedures, and tools.
- Master’s degree or above only in any related fields i.e. Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Political Science, Engineering, or any related field.
- 4-5 years’ Experience in consulting business or in business research or research assistance in an academic institution or Management Consulting such as Organization / Project Evaluation or Business, HR consultant, Business Analysis, Strategic Planning, Business Plan is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of Evaluate the work process and management (Core Business Enablers) and Evaluate the performance of the State Enterprise will be given special consideration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent understanding of Corporate evaluation metrics and methods.
- Pleasant personality, well-organized.
