Oversea Purchasing (Chinese)

- Coordinate with Domestic Sales & Export Sales & Customer.

- Confirm customer’s order and issue Proforma Invoice.

- Estimate the volume of product which can be able to meet customer needs.

- Manage and record sale orders.

- In case of export to THIP - Coordinate with export sales & THIP & China factory.

- Follow, Control and Check the shipping plan and shipping documents.

- Write a sales report, and related to sales department’s documents.

- Research for new prospective customers in China and oversea for China Business project

- Research and gather all kinds of marketing information from overseas countries as assigned

- Research for new prospective customers in China

- Performing other duties, which are work-related, as assigned

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration in International Business, Marketing or related fields.
• At least 1- 3 years experience in Export sales and Marketing activities.
• Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in packaging or production process for the manufacturing industry.
• Able to efficiently communicate both Thai and English and China plus negotiatien skill
• Strong leadership, able to work on own initiative and possessing good interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel abroad.
• Able to work with others and under pressure.
