The Installation Manager is the primary person to lead the installation department. This position manages and directs the installation department to ensure the quality, consistency, and overall capacity of installation is adequate to serve our customer base. The Installation Manager directs the workflow of the installers on a daily basis including, communicating job assignments and helping resolve job-site issues.
Job Description:
- Manage the scheduling of installation crews and ensure that meet customers timeline
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistic department
- Daily management of site inspection reports and analyse them
- Assess needs of Direct Reports, Mentors, Develops and Create Method Statements for each process if may need
- Ensure perfect installation of all products for the residential/ commercial projects
- Manage the production schedule and direct all subcontract labor
- Create apprenticeship and recruitment program
- Ensure and Support Safety Compliance
- Oversee each position to ensure all direct reports meet expectations
- Support with customer service requests, customer service techs, and field measures.
