- Oversee recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding
- Assist quarterly and annual performance evaluation
- Help set and explain KPI to company staffs
- Support career development and internal growth
- Other jobs as assigned by management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in HR
- Good command in English
- Proactive
- Interpersonal skills
