- Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment since getting job requirement, sourcing, screening, conduct an interview, candidate selection until hiring process.
- Coordinate to all BU for all HR concerns, recruitment process, support interviewing session for all vacancies and follow up all required documentations for hiring process.
- Maintain all recruitment procedure to be updated.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
- Coach team member to run both recruitment operation and project activities properly and effectively.
- Perform other assignments from direct Manager.
- Bachelor's or higher in any related fields.
- At least 3 years in handling recruitment and training function for Sr.level and welcome new Graduated.
- Fluent in communication both Thai and English.
- High job commitment and high job responsibility.
- Maturity with good interpersonal and influencing skills, effective communication with people from different cultures and levels.
- Self-motivated, able to work under stress.
- High Self-confident with good convincing ability.
- Good following up skill and reporting skill.
- Working carefully and can manage the work priority.
