- Lead overall HR functions for both Thailand and Overseas office; Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Planning, Training and Development, Succession Planning, and Compensation and Benefits and Admin
- Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, procedures, work regulations, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Building trust with management and employees, including providing advice, coaching and guidance in leadership and HR related areas
- Support current and future business goal through the development, engagement, motivation of human resources
- Support and provide solutions to solve all complex HR related issues
- Develop organizational design and development strategies based on company goals and work closely with management and employees
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field
- Minimum 10 years or more professional experience working in HR function, with 5 years of experience in management level
- Good knowledge of labor laws and other related laws is preferred
- Maturity with good interpersonal and influencing skills, effective communication with people from different cultures and levels
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure
- Fluent in spoken and written English
