This role is responsible for the holistic integrity and functionality of technical solutions and system products. This includes setting technology boundaries, policies, and engineering practices and standards for system evolution and integrity. We looking for 'TALENT' responsible for creating “just-enough” architecture, plus identifying standards and processes that directly relate to successfully implementing the product itself. Makes sure that no architectural, process, and standards constraints are placed on implementation and maintenance beyond the minimum needed to build the product correctly.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the application development team to ensure project success.
- Design, implement, and maintain high-quality application solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain application systems in accordance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development goals with business objectives.
- Ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to best practices.
- Create and optimize DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the development team.
- Support the team by sharing knowledge and contributing to skill-building.
- Assist in optimizing workflows and improving system performance.

Qualifications:
- Hold Bachelor or Master degrees in Information Technology or related field
- Over 3 - 5 years of experience in system development.
- Proficient in Frontend development, including Vue.js and JavaScript.
- Strong expertise in Backend development using ASP.NET Core.
- Skilled in using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Ability to design and implement DevOps workflows.
- Writing SQL queries to extract, analyse, and manipulate data with SQL Server
