Supply Chain Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and improve Demand & Supply planning with a cross-functional team.
• Act as the centralized point between internal teams to ensure information is fully circulated and enable teams to be proactive in tackling changes.
• Analyze statistical models to support the development of the production plan (managing over 10,000 SKUs).
• Analyze SKU productivity and propose which SKUs to optimize, seeking alignment from all involved parties.
• Lead logistics development initiatives, including inventory management, layout design, and WMS (SAP EWM) implementation.
• Supervise daily operations, including load matching, shipment scheduling, and timely delivery, while maintaining productivity, quality, and customer service benchmarks.
• Evaluate and optimize the performance of external partners (3PL) to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in collaboration with the procurement team.
• Mentor and empower warehouse staff through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in Planning/Logistics/Warehouse Operations, WMS/EWM, and Project Management.
• Highly analytical, KPI-driven, and with a robust strategic mindset.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage projects and people.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
