- Establish standards for inspecting incoming.
- Establish standards for inspecting incoming materials, other materials, and packing materials.
- Prepare specifications for incoming inspections to align with customer requirements.
- Establish standards for incoming inspections and align with environmental or CMS inspection standards.
- Inspect incoming quality for new items.
- Submit claims or NCR to suppliers when quality issues are found with materials.
- Follow up with suppliers on problems to ensure they do not affect the production plan.
- Coordinate with suppliers on solving critical issues to prevent future problems.
- Monitor and analyze data to summarize supplier problems and provide feedback for improvements.
- Hold meetings with suppliers to align on improving quality and delivery timelines.
- Participate in meetings and activities between suppliers and the HOPT department.
- Conduct supplier audits and related activities.
- Conduct supplier development activities.
- Participate in improvement activities as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial manufacturing or relevant fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supplier quality engineering.
- Knowledgeable in ISO9001, IATF16949.
- Proficient in English ability is preferred.
- At least work experience in quality control or quality assurance or manufacturing engineer.
- Problem solving skill (8D report, Why-Why, etc.)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software package (Excel and data analysis).
- Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving Attitude, Target Oriented Mindset and Capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong coordination, and interpersonal communication skills, can work under pressure and work on individual objectives.
