Job Summary
The Legal Officer is responsible for managing contract-related documentation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, handling legal correspondence, and supporting company compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Draft, review, and manage contract-related documents.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and ensure smooth contract preparation and execution.
3. Ensure proper management and follow-up of signed contract documents with clients and stakeholders.
4. Liaise with government agencies for registrations, certifications, and legal documentation such as BOJ.5 forms.
5. Engage with external legal firms for consultations, dispute resolution, and bad debt management.
6. Prepare and maintain Erection All Risk insurance reports and notify the company of contract-related updates.
7. Ensure timely preparation and submission of documentation requested by government authorities and auditors.
8. Support the team with additional duties assigned by supervisors.
