Cooperative Service Officer(เจ้าหน้าที่สหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์)

- Provide guidance and support on emergency and education loan options for employees.
- Ensure smooth processing of loan inquiries and applications.
Loan Processing and Monitoring
- Oversee the approval process for emergency and education loans, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Prepare and review loan balances, monthly approval reports, and financial statements related to loan activities.
Loan Disbursement and Reporting
- Coordinate loan transfers through the financial system (e.g., KBANK) to ensure accurate and secure transactions.
- Compile monthly and annual reports on loan approvals, disbursements, and repayment status.
Database Management and Confidentiality
- Maintain the cooperative loan database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Analyze loan data for risk management and provide insights to support financial structure analysis for loan approvals.
Internal and External Coordination
- Collaborate with auditors to prepare monthly and annual loan statements.
- Work with the People Department to obtain employee information for loan processing.
- Liaise with government entities, program owners (e.g., Isocare Co., Ltd.), and legal departments to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and pursue unpaid debts as required.
Administrative Support
- Prepare agendas for monthly meetings, ensuring all required documentation and information are ready for review.
Key Challenges:
- Uphold data integrity and manage confidential information within the cooperative system.
- Conduct financial analysis and assess risk for effective loan approvals and compliance with internal standards.
- Fluent in Thai and able to use English in a professional setting, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in loan processing, financial services, or a similar cooperative service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and familiarity with financial or loan management systems.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing confidential information securely.
