• Execute strategies in training, development, and engagement to support the larger goals of the company.
• Initiate engagement activities align with corporate strategies.
• Manage, organize, and administer end-to-end training operations and support training process.
• Perform MC tasks for some training courses.
• Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
• Coordinate with across department.
• Initiate and innovate new solutions and tools for effective training and development.
• Develop tracking and evaluation processes to ensure strategic alignment and effective learning.
• Develop our offline and online learning platform along with transforming our people’s learning behaviors to be self-directed life-long learners.
• Proactively provide continuous improvement on our people and organization.
