ผู้ช่วยหัวหน้าแผนกผลิต

1. Plan the maintenance of machines in the production line.

2. Follow up and report the results of machine maintenance to the department manager.

3. Participate in investigating defects that cause losses in the process in order to improve.

4. Participate in analyzing problems in the production process to reduce waste problems.

5. Develop subordinates to have knowledge and skills in repairing and maintaining machinery.

6. Control and inspect the production process to meet the requirements.

7. Participate in the company's activities. As assigned such as QCC, KAIZEN, etc.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. วางแผนการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรในไลน์ผลิต

2. ติดตามผลและรายงานผลการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรให้กับผู้จัดการแผนก

3. ร่วมตรวจสอบข้อบกพร่องที่ทำให้เกิดการสูญเสียในกระบวนการเพื่อนำมาปรับปรุง

4. มีส่วนร่วมในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อลดปัญหาของเสีย

5. พัฒนาผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้มีความรู้และทักษะเกี่ยวกับการซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร

6. ควบคุมและตรวจสอบกระบวนการในการผลิตให้เป็นตามข้อกำหนด

7. เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของบริษัทฯ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เช่น QCC, KAIZEN อื่นๆ

Qualification :

1. Male

2. Age 30 - 40 years

3. Bachelor's degree Industrial management or related field

4. Have experience in controlling production lines at the supervisor level.

5. Have experience in planning machine maintenance.

6. Have a good understanding of the production system.

7. Have technical knowledge

8. Able to use Microsoft Office, Autocad

7. มีความรู้ทางด้านช่าง

8. สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office, Autocad
