• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Culture Transformation, and Organizational Development roles. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and e-learning technologies.
• Experience in leading innovation-driven learning transformations, digital learning adoption, and cultural shifts. Work collaborating with senior management to drive a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and talent growth.
• Proven track record in Talent & Succession Planning, Individual Development Plans (IDP), and Leadership Development Programs.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and evaluating Leadership Development Programs for emerging leaders and executives.
• Ability to partner with external vendors and industry experts to enhance leadership training initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, with the ability to influence leaders, managers, and employees across all levels. Strong knowledge of competency frameworks, career development strategies, and organizational change management.
• Having analytical skills to interpret succession planning data, identify key talent gaps, and measure the impact of L&D initiatives.
• Effective communication, coaching, and facilitation skills, with the ability to foster trust, collaboration, and a learning mindset.
• Familiarity with assessment tools such as 360-degree feedback, MBTI, DISC, and other personality/competency assessments.
• A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement in talent development initiatives.
• Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools to assess and optimize learning outcomes.
