Payroll Supervisor

Payroll & HR Operations Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing, including time attendance management, payroll data analysis, tax calculations, and payroll reporting. Ensure accurate payment of salaries, payroll taxes, and disbursements to employees and third parties such as fund managers, the Revenue Department, and the Social Security Office.
• Manage and implement payroll control processes, addressing any issues that arise while reviewing and analyzing payroll movements, transactions, time records, and other relevant data.
• Collaborate with external payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Monitor and maintain proper documentation of employee benefits and payments to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Calculate and verify overtime (OT) payments and additional allowances.
• Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring accurate staff records, tax profiles, and employee movement information.
• Continuously track and update payroll statistics, providing detailed reports on payroll trends and workforce analytics.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in payroll management, with a strong background in people management.
• In-depth understanding of payroll processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Labor Law and the Social Security Act.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Good command of English and strong computer literacy.
• Energetic, self-motivated, proactive, and positive-minded with a strong sense of initiative.
