- Deliver projects implementation to clients
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating system
- Understand IT in Product of Network & Security
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance services.
- Work with TAC support team to resolve technical issues.
- Arrange document processes and prepare service reports for customers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Engineer , Network Engineer
- Require Certificate Network Engineer (HCIE),Network Engineer & UC (HCIP / IA) , Infra Engineer (HCIP / IA)
- Experience in implementation or operation support roles
- Strong desire to learn about product of network security
- Good communication of English
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to a positive work environment
- Strong service mind with excellent communication skills
- Flexible and easily adaptable
