Tasks & responsibilities:
- Manage accounts and act as the main contact for agents and clients.
- Create travel packages and determine pricing for services.
- Customize holiday packages based on what clients need.
- Calculate trip costs and provide accurate breakdowns.
- Communicate with tour suppliers and hotels to handle bookings and contracts.
- Manage hotel, transport, and tour reservations.
- Work with reservation systems to oversee bookings.
- Collaborate with other departments and offices to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Passion for customer service.
- Customer-centric with a commitment to high standards of service delivery
- High attention to detail & strong time/priority management skills
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in a related business within the tourism industry.
- Have experience in cost calculation, itinerary creation, and preparing quotations.
- In-depth knowledge of Thailand's travel destinations, hotels, and the inbound tourism sector
- Be comfortable using Microsoft Office 365.
- Additional foreign language (German) is an advantage
