Key Responsibilities:
- Receive orders from the PO Management team to assist in production planning as assigned by the factory manager.
- Monitor and control production according to the Master Plan.
- Coordinate with MC to check if raw materials are delivered according to the plan, and resolve issues if materials deviate from the plan.
- Track and check production capacity across all departments to ensure alignment with the plan and address any discrepancies.
- Monitor daily work efficiency and resolve issues to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Perform duties in accordance with company policies, HR guidelines, and customer requirements.
- Uphold safety culture by adhering to safety, occupational health, environmental policies, waste management, risk assessment (RA), and energy conservation practices.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in production planning in the garment or textile industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production planning software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
