Recruitment Manager

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and offers.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts.
- Maintain candidate databases and generate reports on hiring metrics.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during recruitment and onboarding.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to promote the company as a great place to work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment and onboarding management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and onboarding programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the apparel or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with recruitment in an international context.
- English is a must.
