Product Application Specialist (1 position)
- Responsible for technical supporting the products majority of XRD and SC-XRD minority of XPS, VSM
- Support technically for existing customer (Universities/Institutions/Industrials/ Others)
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales presentation
- Perform sample evaluation and sample run for customer support majority of XRD
- Answer queries and resolve issues with applications
- Provide training to users on system’s principle and specific applications based on their research majority of XRD
- Demonstrate products and solutions to potential clients
- Conduct the webinar, seminar and workshop
- Provide internal training for sales team including product update
- Coordinate with suppliers externally, sales, services and specialists internally
- Organize and prioritize working to complete customer requirements in a timely, efficient manner
- Provide expertise and technical knowledge about an application or suite of applications with sales team
- Masters in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Engineering or Any Related Fields.
- Master degree in Science or Engineering with 2 years' working experience will be considered.
- Experience in XRD, XRF, SCXRD, XPS, TOF-SIMS, Thermal analyzer or any high-end instruments related will be considered
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel locally.
- Must be proficient in English Language(spoken & written)
- Proficient in other Language such as Japanese and Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- High interest in job, enthusiastic to learn new thing.
- Able to work with others in a highly satisfactory team work.
- Possesses strong communications skills, strong presentation skill, good interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
- Position level offered will be based on total years of experience, knowledge & qualification.
