Process Development Manager

• Design and develop conceptual level production equipment.
• Explore new process technology for suspension assembly and identify potential solutions in capacity andproductivity improvement.
• Technical coordinate and manage oversea equipment standard component suppliers specially in Japan and international countries to deliver process module and/or equipment per requirement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide equipment design concept with a breakthrough idea in process technology to support suspension manufacturing requirement.
  
• Manage and follow up project activities with process development team to deliver process and equipment solution per commitment timeline.
• Technical coordinate and manage equipment suppliers to deliver key process technology and solution per requirement.

• Master degree or Ph.D degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering.
  
• Japanese language (minimum of certified N2 level).

Skill Required:                  

• 3D/2D machine and automation design. (Solid work/ACAD)
  
• Expert in creative thinking, problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Extensive knowledge and technical skills in process/production/manufacturing and automation system.
• Excellent in listening, reading, writing in Thai / English and Japanese languages.

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years experience (with master’s) in process development and automation design.
• Minimum 10 years experience (with Ph.D.’s) in process development and automation design.
• 5-10 years in technical management and coordination (in Japanese) with Japanese companies.
• 5-10 years travel abroad, i.e., Thailand/Japan and overseas is preferable.
• 5-10 years on HDD or electronic manufacturing is preferable.
