หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources

• Adhere to forecasting strategies, guidelines and processes in performing daily tasks

• Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating the demand forecast (e.g. historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, etc.)

• Analyze and generate forecast accuracy reports by product

• Create purchase orders on SAP and maintain all transactions in SAP

• Gather, analyze and validate data for demand planning reporting

• Perform analysis and make recommendations on inventory levels, costs, forecasts

• Suggest any possible improvements or process enhancement within the area of responsibility

• Follow-up on delivery schedules from suppliers

• Work closely with internal teams (e.g. sales, accounting, marketing etc.) on demand planning

คุณสมบัติ

• Demonstrate advanced understanding of sales forecasting methodology/tools

• Proven experience in inventory management, procurement systems and logistics operations

• Demonstrate working knowledge on SAP - MRP systems

• Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
