Manager of Investor Relations will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated investor relations strategy that will align to and promote the business objectives of EA Group.
- Establish and prepare monthly reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders such as shareholders and board of directors.
- Establish and maintain company financial model
- Deal with investors/brokers/analysts/banks and shareholders
- Responsible for tracking relevant news in the industry and identify areas of risks/opportunities, coordinate with related parties for action plan
- Manage assigned M&A and capital raising projects, including preparing a feasibility study, developing the financial model and valuation report to support the management’s decision-making
- Liaison with other departments to prepare relevant information for shareholders reporting
- 3 years of experience in operational and strategic finance roles with a minimum of 5 years of investor relations experience at an Energy Business company or in the investment community
- Proven track record of developing a positive, long-term relationship with the investment community
- Comfortable with valuation and modeling techniques used by investors and analysts
- Demonstrated ability to understand financial data and articulate that data and a strong understanding of finance, capital markets and securities regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation
