Customer Service Coordinator (Chinese Speaking)

- Customer services team is located in Bangkok and provide support to customers in Asia Pacific (China)
- Act as customer’s primary point of contact & maintain strong business relationship with assigned customers facing activities - order commitment and fulfillment; invoicing and issue resolution.
- Responsible for providing customer support and ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating ownership and managing key cross functional interfaces with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.
- Work and cooperate with other related functions as necessary to ensure customer/supplier issues are resolved, provide best option solution, and communicated back to customer/supplier in a timely manner.
- Be an ambassador to build strong customer relationships, gain an understanding for their business/service needs, and leverage them to be a trusted advisor.
- Position will receive direction and support
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good Command of English and Mandarin (TOEIC > 650, HSK 5+)
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices, Experience in using company system is a plus
- Fast learner, Able to work in team and individually
- Time management, Detail oriented, Service minded
- Strong administrative, communication and coordination skill
