Job Description :

1. Develop the company’s overall business strategy and create strategic plans that comply with legal requirements and market trends in the non-life insurance industry.

2. Conduct research and analyze industry trends, legal changes, and competitor strategies to provide strategic market insights and intelligence related to non-life insurance products and services.

3. Collaborate with senior executives to establish the company’s strategic direction and ensure the successful implementation of growth plans and compliance strategies within the non-life insurance sector.

4. Monitor, evaluate, and support alternative solutions for key initiatives across departments to achieve company objectives, focusing on risk management, claims handling efficiency, and customer satisfaction within the non-life insurance industry.

5. Coordinate with relevant teams to establish and monitor corporate KPIs, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals in underwriting, claims management, product development, and regulatory compliance.

6. Develop risk management strategies in the non-life insurance business, focusing on risk analysis, control, and mitigation to minimize the impact of negative events and maintain the company’s financial stability.

7. Communicate the company’s strategic plans and objectives to employees at all levels, ensuring that all teams understand and can execute the plans effectively.

คุณสมบัติ

Age between 45-55 years.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or management consulting, preferably in the non-life insurance industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of the non-life insurance industry, including regulatory frameworks, underwriting principles, and claims processes.
Proven track record in developing and implementing business strategies within the non-life insurance sector.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in managing teams in the insurance industry.
Excellent analytical skills, with experience in insurance risk assessment and financial performance analysis.
Experience in risk management frameworks specific to the non-life insurance industry.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on insurance product lifecycle management.
Fluency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in insurance-specific software and strategic planning tools.
