Sales Coordinator

• Support sales team by managing and coordinating all aspects of the sale process

• Issue PO, invoice, receipt, billing note and related sales documents to customers and suppliers

• Arrange delivery schedule and monitor shipment progress to meet customer’s request

• Prepare product samples to customers as sales request and manage product samples inventory

• Create new product information sheet

• Join product investigation and make a damage report

• Prepare and update regulatory documentation, certificate and other related business reports

• Fill in the customer’s questionnaire by coordinating with factory

• Attend weekly meeting with TTSA (Thai Tapioca Starch Association) and summarize weekly report

• Join field survey at supplier’s factory in upcountry and collect the information

• Coordinate with sales, suppliers, customers, internal departments and other related parties to maintain smooth work flow

• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Female, Age 25 – 30 years old

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related fields (Food Science or Food Technology will be advantage)

• Have food knowledge is preferrable

• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Coordinator/ Sales Support, Food industry will be highly considered

• Good command in English both written and spoken

• Good command in MS office

• Be able to work in a team and independently

• Be able to travel to upcountry on business

• Detail oriented, service minded and proactive

• Strong problem-solving skill with professional manner

Working hour: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 17.30
