Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing production planning, staff allocation, production processes, and product quality.
- Monitoring daily production efficiency and waste rates to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
- Collaborating with the Quality Assurance (QA) and production teams to resolve product-related issues.
- Managing and controlling the use of both virgin and recycled materials with material supervisors.
- Supporting the launch of new products and their production processes.
- Assisting in audits and implementing new standards within production departments.
- Preparing monthly reports on production efficiency and waste rates for senior management.
What we’re looking for:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in an industrial environment, with strong expertise in packaging processes.
- A minimum of 3 years in a management role, ideally as an Assistant Manager or Manager.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and guide a team.
- A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
- Someone who is dedicated, self-driven, and motivated to inspire their team.
- Fluency in both English and Thai for effective communication.
