Resolve incident or problem with proper solutions, which not impact client’s business operations.
Response to client’s incident report within identified time in agreed SLA.
Escalate to manager once not be able to resolve incident in an identified resolution time.
Estimate timeframe to resolve any incident.
Prepare daily to-do list to achieve daily target and long-term target.
Provide a professional communication to client at all level.
Identify training require to match with qualification gap.
Run self-study in target application area to improve capability by individual development plan.
Follow strictly to company regulation.
Maintain professional attitude toward work.
Serve as senior-level billable consultant pre-sales support when needed.
Attend company activity as always.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistic Engineering, Marketing, Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields

• 0 - 4 years of experience

• Good personality, service mind and health

• Able to do multi-task jobs with positive attitude towards the organization

• Good presentation skills with strong abilities to handle questions

• High interest in knowing new technologies and constant update knowledge

• Good command of English

• Hard working and good attitude to work

• Team working, but can work independently
