1. Production Monitoring & Analysis
o Track daily and monthly production targets and analyze workflow processes.
o Identify inefficiencies in production and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
2. Process Improvement & Project Development
o Propose and implement projects to optimize factory operations and increase efficiency.
o Collaborate with relevant departments to develop innovative solutions for process enhancement.
3. Documentation & Compliance
o Prepare and manage production-related documents, including those for product design and quality control.
o Ensure all documents align with ISO 9001 standards and follow up on internal and external audit results.
4. Standardization & Efficiency
o Establish standard production times for each process based on the factory's standard system.
o Ensure all work steps are well-documented and optimized for efficiency.
5. Reporting & Coordination
o Summarize and analyze production data to generate daily and monthly reports.
o Present key findings and recommendations to management for decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production process analysis or industrial engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to operate various software programs within the Windows operating system.
• Skilled in using AutoCAD 2D for technical drawings and design-related tasks.
