*Worked in 3 stores during probation (Phrom Phong, Ekkamai, and Thong Lo)
*After probation, the employee will be assigned to one of the stores, but may also go to other stores for help.
*One day off per week during the probation period. Once you pass the probation, you will have 2 days off per week (weekdays). Weekends and holidays are generally worked.
- Greet and Assist patients upon arrival, ensuring they are comfortable and informed
- Manage patient check-in and check-out, including Processing Payments and handling the register
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate records are maintained
- Provide translation services between Japanese and Thai for patients and healthcare providers
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, offering Support in both Japanese and Thai
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Any tasks assigned by manager

- Bachelor's degree
- More than a bachelor's degree in the Japanese Language or related major

- Conversational-middle of Japanese (N3 up) to Communicate with Japanese customers
- Conversational-middle English to Communicate with foreign customers
- A well-groomed appearance is expected.
- Be able to Work on Sunday and Sunday is a Must
