QA Supervisor (1 Position)

Main Functions:

    • Ensure the sampling, measuring and verifying that manufactured products meet pre-determined quality standards including ISO

    • Implement quality activities in compliance with company goal.

Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and feedback quality problems to the production team and find a solution the improve quality level.

    • Monitor that all control parameter and method are performed as identified in Contral Plan and promptly feedback to production line.

    • To give training to all QC Personnel to ensure that they have enough compliance to perform their work effectively.

    • Report all qualities problems and their solution to .

    • Supervise all regulations on safety,take on all required safety equipment,give encouragement to QC personnel on practicing safe working regulation,handle with apparent difficulties at once for inform them to superiors.

    • Propose to QA Manager to stop production to correct quality problem that is occurring or can be foreseen in case Assistant Manager is out of duties.

    • Perform all other tasks as identified in document procedures / WI or as assigned by superior .

    • Male or Female / 25 year old up

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or other related fields.

    • Minimum 3 years experiences in quality control of electrical or electronics manufacturing is preferred .

    • Understanding of Statistical concept and technique.

    • Have knowledge in G8D, ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 / Six packs (Control plan,FMEA,PPAP,etc.)

    • Good command in English.

    • High responsibilities, hard working and strong leadership.
