- Coordinate with the Production, QC, and New Model departments to resolve customer issues (Customer Claim/Complain).
- Organize meetings when customer complaints or internal production issues from QC arise, analyze root causes, and determine corrective actions.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans to prevent recurring issues and ensure compliance with standards.
- Summarize and report weekly issues and corrective actions to supervisors.
- Review and revise relevant documents related to arising issues, such as Q-Point, Check Sheet, and Work Instructions (WI) on-site.
- Train employees or relevant personnel on issue resolution and preventive measures.
- Communicate with customers to resolve claims or complaints and implement Interim Corrective Action (ICA) within 24 hours.
- Monitor on-site issues and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented to prevent recurrence at the customer’s end.
- Document escaped defects and corrective actions in the Log Sheet for tracking and follow-up.
- Support New Model projects, participate in reviewing inspection processes, related documentation, and training sessions.
- Immediately report work-related issues to supervisors upon detection.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or higher
- Minimum 3-5 years in Supplier Quality working experience.
- Good leadership & communication skills
- Good command in English
