Our client is a Italian-based MNC that designs and manufactures a wide range of cosmetic items and bespoke guestroom elements for Spa and luxury hotels. They are looking for a new member to join their team
Responsibiltiy
• Being able to operate on the company’s ERP system and supervise the logistic & customer care team to ensure processing documents related to supplier orders and deliveries to clients.
• Lead the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient, high-quality work.
• Identify and act on opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Manage all steps in the import process, ensuring compliance with regulations and smooth logistical flow.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage inventory levels and ensure reliable sourcing and quality control.
• Oversee the end-to-end process from receiving customer orders to timely delivery.
• Cooperating with the other The Company’s offices in Asia Pacific.
• Working closely with the company sales team to make sure the work processes are respected.
• Being able to work on statistic, consumptions and historical data reports for the Director of Sales and Operations and the company’s Headquarters.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain or any related field from a top-tier university
- At least 5 years proven experience in operations / supply chain logistics management, preferably in an import/export or distribution setting
- Proven track record in a mid-senior or Assistant Manager role with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Familiarity and experience in working within and with international companies is a plus.
- Ability to perform under stress.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with analytical and anticipation mindset.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end operational processes, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Able to work with Microsoft office package (word/excel). Full proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with a talent for managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Experience with ERP systems mandatory
- Highly valued requirement: FDA import and registration process knowledge / Customs clearance / Freight forwarding. Proven track record of experience and connection with Thai FDA department is a serious plus.
