● Contact clients to enquire on WHT certificate submission status to Grab through phone and email and ensure all pending cert is received by Grab.
● Track and monitor the status of WHT certificates received from clients.
● Forward the WHT certificates to the tax team.
● Identify issue related to delay in WHT certificates early and highlight to tax team for resolution (if required)
● Provide status updates to managers on a weekly basis.
● Secondary Role: Cash Aps / Billing. Candidate will be subjected to client training.
● Experience in Cash Apps/ Billing is not required but a plus.
● Contract 3-6 months
● Minimum 1 years’ experience in performing Collections role
● Tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting is a plus
● Experience in a call centre is a plus (Collections or customer service)
● Experience using Oracle Financials Cloud system is a plus
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Basic understanding of customer service
● Ability to understand and follow directions
● Ability to maintain accurate records.
● Proactive and result-focused
● Excel Skills
