The Trade Marketing / Business Development is responsible for our key retail partners while working closely with our partners to execute and deliver business targets by seeding and managing VCAN’s portfolio in Thailand across all retail channels.

Job Description:

• Negotiations with Major Retailers (Super/Hyper/C-Stores) across categories in Modern Trade
• Manage listing processes, promotional plans/budgets across multiple accounts and categories
• Coordinate the process of Joint Business Planning, Sales and Marketing execution plans across internal (VCAN) and partnering teams
• Understanding Consumers, Customers and Channels of Distribution especially in modern trades is a plus.
• Oversee sales & marketing execution of the approved plans
• Ensure full integration of Customer / Brand Marketing with Distribution Plans and Business Planning (P&L)
• Provide input into Innovation ideation through insights on in-market competitor activities and pricing research.
• Measure, track and report retail customer performance and ensure real time correction plans are put in place to ensure achievement of agreed Objectives & Trade Terms.

• รวบรวมและจัดทำข้อมูลด้านการขาย พร้อมประสานงานระหว่างบริษัทกับลูกค้าจากช่องทาง Modern Trade จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย

• วิเคราะห์และวางแผนการทำ Promotion ให้สอดคล้องกับงบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้ เพื่อให้เกิดยอดขาย

• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงสถิติ (Data Crunching) โดยใช้ Excel

• สร้างภาพลักษณ์สินค้าและขยายจุดขาย ทำแผนกลยุทธ์นำเสนอผู้บริหาร

• ประสานงานเรื่องอุปกรณ์ส่งเสริมการขาย จัดกิจกรรมทางการตลาดในรูปแบบต่างๆ

• บริหารสต็อคสินค้า และค่าใช้จ่ายตลอดจนกำไรขาดทุน

• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนทีมขายและการตลาดช่องทาง Modern Trade

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher in business, marketing or related field.
• Experiences in FMCG products via Modern Trade Channel
• Trade terms and negotiation skills with retail chain accounts
• Proven track record of successful sales in FMCG
• Highly motivated & strong drive to achieve target
• “Can do attitudes” and pro-active to achieve higher sell target.
• Able to make and maintain good relationships

• เคยมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในด้านการตลาด/การขายในช่องทาง Modern Trade (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
