Site Engineer (Chinese Language)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling complaints, managing engineering service at multinational companies.
• Provide high quality services to meet customer and partner’s expectations.
• Constantly follow the customer requirements, be a professional customer and partner representative.
• Plan, manage and monitor the activities, motivate and evaluate the subordinate’s performance.
• In case of quality problem at host, ensure to prepare and start up the mission as standard.
• Prepare work instructions, non – conformity analyses, work out actions.
• Product supervision, follow up break points.
• Carry out internal process audits.
• Implement corrective actions and apply quality assurance tools.

• Male / Female, Age not over than 30 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering Automotive, Mechanical, Production, Industrial, and Electronics.
• Chinese Language communication skills (fluent speaking, writing/reading)
• Quality related experience (8D report, Root cause analysis, 5S, 5 Why)
• Technical knowledge (Experience in engineering & Maintenance 2 years +)
• Have a Car and able to travel and work abroad(Rayong).
• Knowledge of automotive specifications, standards and quality tools.
• Quick problems solving skills.
• Good organizing, managing, communication skills.
• Customer oriented attitude.
• Audit experience.
