- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the electronics industry.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues related to supply chain processes.
- Coordinate order processing and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide regular updates to clients on order status and shipment progress.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to address and resolve client needs.
- Assist in managing and improving client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics,or related fiel
- At least 5 years working experience as customer service or related in logistics industry
- Experience in Thailand freezone business process is prefer
- Fluent in English speaking, Mandarin is a big plus
