Service Engineer

- Lead and provide technical support for customer training
- Manage and enhance servicing and maintenance processes
- Track and analyze operational results (e.g., call back records, field expenses, spare parts usage).
- Develop and implement inspection and maintenance strategies for service teams and projects.
- Guide Service Supervisors on inspecting elevators and escalators and preparing inspection reports.
- Manage other tasks assigned by Service Supervisors/Service Managers.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience as Service engineer or Maintenance in lift , elevator, escalator, automation parking, or related
- License for Professional Practice in Associate Engineer
- Customer service - mind
- Good command in English
