HR Manager (Payroll, HRM, Recruitment, Labour laws)

- Salary & Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of salary structures, annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and employee benefits,
- Payroll Management: Supervise the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- C&B Analytics: Monitor and report on compensation and benefits data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and potential improvements.
- Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Lead the development of recruitment strategies, ensuring effective hiring for the organization’s needs and attracting top-tier talent.
- Oversee Full-Cycle Recruitment: Supervise and support the recruitment team in the full hiring process, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure company practices comply with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay informed about any changes in labor laws and ensure timely implementation.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance on handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolutions.
- Employment Contracts: Supervise the review and management of employment contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Regulatory Filings & Reporting: Ensure all necessary regulatory filings (e.g., social security, tax filings) are completed on time, in compliance with labor laws.
- Training & Awareness: Conduct training and awareness sessions on labor law compliance for HR staff and management to ensure they are up to date with current regulations.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of HR professionals who manage day-to-day HR tasks, including C&B, recruitment, and labor law compliance.
- Support & Guidance: Provide coaching, support, and mentoring to subordinate HR staff to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within HR functions and work with the team to implement best practices that increase efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process for HR staff, ensuring timely feedback and development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Having experience over 7 years in HR field
- Strong knowledge in Labour Laws
- Experience in HRM, Recruitment, Payroll and other HR related
- Experience in costing process 3-4 Years / manufacturing industry.
- Experience in MS Office
